K G Lingadevaru Presents 'Shoonya' Paintings Exhibition

Bengaluru:  Bengaluru-based   sexagenarian  artist K G Lingadevaru is holding the 'Shoonya' paintings solo exhibition at the Indian Institute of World Culture, here from 07th August. The exhibition is slated to continue until 16th, and it is open for public viewing from 11 am to 07 pm. An alumnus of the Kalamandir:   K G Lingadevaru, born in Kadabagere, Bangalore District, Karnataka, in 1963, studied GD Arts from Kalamandir School of Arts in 1986.  Recreation of paintings from the waste: K G Lingadevaru initially used to do paintings and collage works of Ganesha, and made use of the remaining paper/canvas to recreate abstract works as well.
