Bengaluru :  Basavaprabhu Hoskeri, President of the Dharwad Taluk Kshetriya Seva Sangha(DTKSS), Working President of the Karnataka Vidyawardhaka Sangha, and General Secretary of the Gandhi Peace Foundation Centre, Dharwad, has been a staunch advocate  of Khadi.
