Bengaluru: Mohammed Usman Ali is currently holding 'Varna Vilas', a three-day exhibition of watercolour landscape paintings in Chitrakala Parishat here. Unlike the usual watercolour landscape paintings in multiple colours, Mohammed Usman Ali attempts to tread an unusual path by concentrating wholly on light and dark pink colours in 36 artworks. Apart from these specialised ones, he has also kept on display 10 more multicoloured watercolour landscape paintings.  Classmate motivates him into drawing: For Mohammed Usman Ali, plunging into the art world was just accidental, thanks to Veeresh, one of his classmates. Bengaluru: Mohammed Usman Ali, a multi-talented artist hailing from Sindhanur in Raichur district, is holding 'Varna Vilas', a solo show of 36 single-colour watercolour and 10 multicolour landscape paintings at the Chitrakala Parishat here, under the aegis of the Department of Kannada and Culture, Government of Karnataka. Bengaluru: Prof Babu Jattakar, veteran artist and former principal of the College of Fine Arts, Karnataka Chitrakala Parishat, is holding a three-day drawing exhibition, demonstration, slide show, and interaction at the Government Fine Arts College in Dharwad. During the three-day event under the aegis of Chitrakala Shilpi Shri DV Halabhavi National Memorial Trust, he would also be giving a live lecture-cum-demonstration to the students of the Government Fine Arts College. Interaction with the Achievers: Prof Babu Jattakar will be participating in the three-day interaction with the achievers program of the Chitrakala Shilpi Shri DV Halabhavi National Memorial Trust.
