Usually, cartoons of Kundapur and well-known cartoonists are displayed during such festivals. Bengaluru: Ashok Lakshmanrao Babar of Gulganjikoppa in Dharwad has a unique distinction and a hitherto unheard feat of completing thirty-five years of service without availing any type of leave, even for a single day!
