Bengaluru: The Department of Dairy Chemistry, in association with the Department of Dairy Technology, organised a six-day training program from 22 June 2026 to 27 June 2026 for small-scale entrepreneurs. Products for sustainable self-employment: The program focused on demonstrating and quality-assessing innovative, value-added dairy and food products. The primary objective was to raise awareness of production and business practices among small dairy entrepreneurs, enabling them to develop their own products for sustainable self-employment. Need to maintain hygiene and safety: The training program was inaugurated by Rudramani S., Retired Chief Manager of the State Bank of India (SBI), Kempapura, Bengaluru.
