Bengaluru: Satish Acharya, a veteran cartoonist, has been guiding the Cartoon Festival at Kundapur for the past 12 years. Usually, cartoons of Kundapur and well-known cartoonists are displayed during such festivals. This year, the festival was held for five days from November 15 to 19, with a theme of a cartoon salute to the Khaki. It goes without saying that the police were the subject of the festival.
