Bengaluru: Satish Acharya, a veteran cartoonist, has been guiding the Cartoon Festival at Kundapur for the past 12 years. Usually, cartoons of Kundapur and well-known cartoonists are displayed during such festivals. Bengaluru: The Chitrakala Shilpi DV Halabhavi National Trust presented its annual awards at a colourful ceremony in the Art Gallery of the Government Fine Arts College in Dharwad on Sunday.
