Bengaluru: The Chitrakala Shilpi DV Halabhavi National Trust presented its annual awards at a colourful ceremony in the Art Gallery of the Government Fine Arts College in Dharwad on Sunday. Bengaluru: Ashok Lakshmanrao Babar of Gulganjikoppa in Dharwad has a unique distinction and a hitherto unheard feat of completing thirty-five years of service without availing any type of leave, even for a single day!
